Ernie Sr.

Ernie Sr. has been a plumber in Gilroy for more than 40 years. Ernie Sr. started out working for Servisoft Water Conditioner in 1976 and then on to Pavese Plumbing in 1978, where he discovered he loved plumbing. He started Ernie's Plumbing & Repair Inc right around 1990 and has never looked back. Ernie Sr. loves God, his family, and plumbing ... in that order.

Ernie Sr. lives in Gilroy with his wife Rosie of 48 years. In his free time, he enjoys teaching 5th graders at his church (South Valley Community Church) about the Bible every Sunday.

Ernie Jr. (son)

Ernie Jr. has been a plumber in Gilroy for about 25 years. He graduated from Gilroy High in 1993 and went on to become a United States Marine. Ernie Jr. then went on to get his degree in computers when Ernie Sr. came knocking on his door looking for some help on plumbing work. From then on, Ernie Jr. changed careers and has been working with the family business ever since. He is also certified to test backflow devices.

Whenever the company has any small computer issues, Ernie Jr. still troubleshoots along with Rosie (his mother), who also loves working on computers. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and anything outdoors.

John (son)

John has been a plumber in Gilroy for about 25 years. John graduated from Gilroy High in 1994 and graduated from Gavilan College in 1997 and went on to San Jose State, and graduated in 2000 with his Bachelor's Degree in business. He, too, was approached by his father to come work with him in plumbing and caught on to the plumbing trade right away. John excels on project jobs and enjoys starting a job from A to Z. In his free time, John likes to deep sea fish, hunt, and cook.

Miguel

Miguel has been with the company for about five years and is always grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with Ernie's Plumbing & Repair Inc. Miguel has known Ernie and his family for over 25 years. Miguel is always willing to help and learn and enjoys getting the job done, whatever it may take.

Miguel has successfully sent one of his daughters to Trinity Christian University in Chicago on a basketball scholarship, of which he is very proud. In his free time, Miguel enjoys scratching lottery tickets.

Ben

Ben has been with the company for about three years. Ben came from Tennessee (where he was a plumber) when his uncle (Miguel) brought him into the shop and was hired that day. Ben attended Tennessee Tech and then went on to Nashville State Community College. Ben has very good customer service skills and loves the plumbing trade.

In his free time, Ben enjoys gaming. He is a huge Tennessee Vols fan and really enjoys an ice-cold Coca-Cola.

Rosie (daughter)

Rosie has been with the company for about 20 years. Rosie graduated from Gilroy High in 1997 and went on to Gavilan College, where she was in the nursing program. While about to enter the LVN program, once again, Ernie Sr. rounded up his last child to come work with him, and she obliged. Rosie is also backflow certified and enjoys testing backflows when the plumbers get too busy.

In her free time, Rosie likes to travel wherever and whenever and is always ready for a good laugh.

Levi (grandson)

Levi has been with the company for five years. Levi eagerly awaits to get on the plumbing field with his family. Levi will tell you he is a plumber, police officer, and wrestler. He is always ready to help out as well.
